Level 1

This level is specially designed for people who have had little or no contact with boxing.
This level will enable you to develop the fundamental and essential basics of boxing.

Each class lasts one hour and is preceded by a warm-up adapted to this level and a physical workout to develop the muscles needed for effective boxing.

You’ll also learn:

  • Basic positioning of feet, body and hands
  • Basic movements
  • Basic strikes
  • The Shadow
  • How to hold the pads
