Level 3

Once you have mastered the techniques of Level 2 or have demonstrated a good knowledge and mastery of all boxing moves, blocks and dodges, you can move on to Level 3.

Each class lasts one hour and is preceded by a warm-up adapted to this level and a physical workout to develop the muscles needed for effective, more intense boxing, and ends with a shadow session.

At this level, you’ll learn:

  • More complex punch combinations
  • Random defences and dodges
  • How to judge distance
  • Basic boxing concepts and strategies
  • Moving strategies
  • Introduction to sparring
