Level 2

Once you’ve mastered the fundamentals of Level 1 or demonstrated a good knowledge and mastery of boxing basics, you’re ready for Level 2.

This level will enable you to develop the simple but essential movements and moves of boxing.

Each class lasts one hour and is preceded by a warm-up adapted to this level and physical training to develop the muscles needed for effective boxing.

At this level, you’ll learn:

  • Perfecting basic positions
  • Shadow assisted
  • Holding pads and movements
  • Moves and pivots
  • Simple combinations
  • More complex basic moves
  • Basic blocking and dodging
